Gorgeous! I poured mix into individual mini-loaf tins (from Lakeland.com) and had enough to make 8 but they are still quite hefty and would feed two , so next time the tray bake will win. Philadelphia made a handy substitute for the marscapone and vanilla essence for the paste but I put too much in so the icing was runny and not for resuscitation with more icing sugar. Also varied the nut brittle by dipping walnut halves in the hot caramel. Sadly the caramel started to run after a few hours but up till then looked good. Scummy recipe, thank you!
